Still in Wheatland City Attorney Hands.I hope the "Deferred Improvement Agreement" has been forward to the Church. No one Knows in the City office.

Road "NO" one wants!!!!!!

 

Meeting with Wheatland City Council

Wheatland City council wanted the Church to agree to a 10 yr "deferred improvement agreement" on the street behind Bldg that goes "no where and no one wants". The Church did not want to be indebted for 10 years. Wheatland City council had a Council meeting tonight 10/12/2010 and cut the time to 2 1/2 years. We will have to wait and see how the Church responds to this latest"deferred improvement agreement" for 21/2 years. Hope the Church will get back to the City quickly. All very interesting!!!!!!We will get in the Bldg some day!!!!I hope????
